The release of Diane Keaton’s death certificate has revealed the star’s cause of death.

The “Annie Hall” star’s cause of death was listed as primary bacterial pneumonia with no contributing conditions, according to the death certificate.

 

 

The “Annie Hall” actress died on Oct. 11 in California. She was just 79.

Reportedly, she had lost an extreme amount of weight “very suddenly” and unexpectedly in the months leading up to her death.

A source confided that Keaton was “surrounded only by her closest family, who chose to keep things very private” during her final months.
