For ALL of us who can’t wait for season three of the hit Apple + show Ted Lasso to resume, here’s some good news: Phil Dunster (better known as Jamie Tartt) confirmed that shooting for season three will start in January next year. Variety and the Hollywood Reporter have surmised that the show will start streaming by summer 2022 but Apple TV won’t confirm.
Here’s what Ted Lasso’s Phil Dunster said when cornered on a red carpet:
“Honestly, I’m not trying to be coy, but I don’t know anything. I think they like to keep it fresh. But also Jason [Sudeikis] knows what the story arc is. He sprinkles ideas of what’s going to come here and there but there’s nothing really specific. They’re in the writers room now and we’ll see what happens.”
