Today Budweiser announced they won’t have a commercial during the Super Bowl, the first time in 37 years they haven’t aired a splashy AD.

Instead, the beer company will ‘donate its advertising dollars to coronavirus vaccine awareness efforts.’

Actress and director Rashida Jones narrates the brief spot, highlighting the struggles of the pandemic and announcing Budweiser’s donation.

‘For the first time in 37 years, we aren’t running a commercial during the Super Bowl. Instead, we’re helping to bring America back together again soon,’ the ad states.

Someone buy them a beer.
