Staying true to his blue-collar roots, Bruce Springsteen smiled proudly as his son Sam with wife Patti Scialfa was sworn in as a firefighter with the Jersey City Fire Department.
The singer and Patti were seated in the front row and the happy crowd of parents treated them as just another proud couple.
‘We’re very proud,’ Bruce told reporters at the ceremony. ‘We’re just excited for him today .’
