Using his favored communication method, President Trump sarcastically tweeted after Joe Biden formally announced his run, insulting the former Vice President by calling him ‘Sleepy Joe’ and also taking a shot at the other Democrats who have thrown their hats in the ring.
In Biden’s powerful campaign video this morning, he argued: ‘We are in the battle for the soul of this nation,’ and the President resorted to his habit of name calling, like a second-grader throwing a temper tantrum.
But Biden had the last word.
‘If we give Donald Trump eight years in the White House, he will forever and fundamentally alter the character of this nation — who we are .’ Biden.
