EPSTEIN TO WOLFF, January 31, 2019
Epstein: [VICTIM] maralago [REDACTED] trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever. . of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislane to stop’

A file of previously sealed emails, made public Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, includes shocking communications from the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in which he claims that former President Donald Trump “knew about the girls.”
One key email from 2019, directed to journalist Michael Wolff, reads: “of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop.” Another, dating from 2011 and addressed to Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, says: “that dog that hasn’t barked is Trump. (redacted name) spent hours at my house with him … he has never once been mentioned.”

The release reignites scrutiny of Trump’s past ties to Epstein and the extent of his knowledge of Epstein’s trafficking of underage girls.
What the emails show
-
The 2019 email from Epstein to Wolff explicitly names Trump in the context of awareness of Epstein’s girls.
-
The 2011 email alleges Trump spent hours at Epstein’s residence with a person identified as a victim of trafficking (name redacted).
- The documents were released as part of a larger batch of materials (23,000-plus pages) handed over by Epstein’s estate to the Committee.

“Republicans are running a pedophile protection program, they are intentionally hiding the Jeffrey Epstein Files,” Hakeem Jeffries, the House minority leader, said on Tuesday, accusing Johnson of delaying Grijalva’s swearing-in for seven weeks to defend Trump.
Trump’s prior connection to Epstein is well-documented: he admitted to knowing Epstein in social circles and has acknowledged falling out with him. But until now, no direct correspondence from Epstein had publicly claimed Trump’s awareness of the trafficking.
Bottom line:
The newly released emails mark the most pointed claim from Epstein’s camp to date that Donald Trump may have been aware of illicit conduct involving underage girls.
