Meaningful Beauty Youth Activating Smoothing and Refreshing Eye Serum ($58 for 0.5 FL OZ. /14.57 ml) from Cindy Crawford is designed with something called “Melon Leaf Stem Cell Technology.” The claim is that the soothing gel hydrates and helps smooth the look of tired eyes, fine lines and wrinkles with regular use.
Since I am an allergy sufferer and will try anything to “depuff the puffs,” I store the serum in the refrigerator and apply first thing in the morning.
The serum comes in a slim tube and has a metal pump applicator that you use to apply (when cold it is very refreshing). Push down to pump out the serum from the metal applicator and move it under the delicate eye area—the cool serum feels good on the skin.
I’ve been using this daily and do feel a bit more refreshed in the morning and my undereye puffiness seems to abate a bit.
I’ve tried gel patches (cooled in the fridge) that have hyaluronic acid as a key ingredient and that seems to plump the undereye skin a little more. The Meaningful Beauty serum consistency is light and doesn’t feel greasy and blends right into the skin.
Is it a miracle? Not sure.
And I still don’t look like Cindy Crawford.
