Hollywood icon Dick Van Dyke celebrated his 95th birthday a few months ago, but after you watch him work out — as he did on the CBS Morning Show —  you’ll think he was decades younger. (And, if you’re like us, motivated to get in better shape.)

Demonstrating his ab exercises at his Malibu home, he exclaimed, ‘I’m 95 and a lot of my friends won’t do these. So all you old guys out there, listen to me, I’m telling you: You can keep going for a long— I’m still dancing! And singing!”

“I’m looking forward to 100,” he says later in the interview. “George Burns made it, and I’m gonna do it too!”

We’re looking forward to it, too.
