Woodstock 50 is now officially canceled after financial woes, a last-minute change in venue resulting in top billing artists pulling out .

Originally, the three-day festival was scheduled for Aug. 16-18, but when they couldn’t get a venue permit for the original Woodstock location at Watkins Glen, backers started withdrawing and then Jay-Z — who was supposed to close out the festival —  Miley Cyrus, Carlos Santana, Dead & Company and John Fogerty announced they wouldn’t perform at the event.
