Five people were killed in a shooting Thursday at the Capital Gazette newspaper office in Annapolis, Maryland. Today, the flags in Maryland fly at half mast as the staff bravely put out a newspaper. Because that’s what journalists do — bring us the news, no matter the hardship and heartache. Honor them by subscribing to your local paper.
