Just like disgraced George Santos, Matt Gaetz has turned to Cameo to make personalized videos, charging $500 for one.
‘I served in Congress,’ Gaetz’s page says. ‘Trump nominated me to be US attorney general (that didn’t work out).’
Under investigation for allegedly paying an underage girl for sex and briefly nominated to be Trump’s attorney general before having to withdraw, he’s just the latest dishonored politician to turn to the video site.
He now charges the same as fraudster George Santos who was expelled from Congress.
In one video he congratulated a recipient for making partner at their law firm:
“Look, I know your politics and mine may not align specifically, but you know, our career trajectories might not be either.
Other disgraced political figures who have turned to Cameo include Rod Blagojevich, the former Illinois governor who was jailed for trying to sell Barack Obama’s US Senate seat, and Rudy Giuliani, former New York mayor turned Trump attorney now facing financial and legal ruin.
