Once again, Jimmy Kimmel is back hosting the Oscars, making this his fourth time taking the reins of the awards show.
The 96th Academy Awards will be held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
Just once, the show tried going without a host…with disastrous results; viewership dipped to the lowest of all time, with just 10.4 million viewers.
In the annoucement, the self-effacing Kimmel mused ‘Either way, I am grateful to the academy for asking me so quickly after everyone good said no.’
