If you ask Jamie Lee Curtis, she’ll tell you that a sequel to 2003 Disney hit movie ‘Freaky Friday’ is in the works.

“It’s going to happen. Without saying there’s anything officially happening, I’m looking at you in this moment and saying, ‘Of course it’s going to happen.’ It’s going to happen,” Curtis said in an interview with trade paper Variety.

In the original, the two — that would be Lindsay Lohan and Curtis — will reprise their roles as mother-daughter duo Anna and Tess Coleman who accidentally swap bodies after a fateful run-in with a mystical, magical fortune cookie.

Curtis has hinted about making a sequel since February when she started posting about it on her Instagram page, insinuating that something was afoot at Disney.

“It’s Friday. I’m just sayin! Freaky fingers crossed!” she wrote at the time.
