CNN reporter Jim Acosta, whom Trump has singled out for criticism, was heckled and booed as he prepared to do a live report. Yelling ‘LIAR!, ‘TELL THE TRUTH’ and ‘CNN SUCKS’ the crowd of about 50 gathered behind the esteemed newsman.
For a minute it looked dicey but Acosta held his ground and explained to the jeering crowd that he had a job to do. In the Trump era, maybe news media should receive danger pay?
