The only reason we watch the Super Bowl is for the pricey — this year ads cost 8M — star-studded commercials.

One was downright strange;  the one where the AI house manager tells Chris Hemsworth all the ways they could conceivably kill him, but then wins him over by booking him a massage. More like a horror teaser than a commercial to BUY said AI Alexa.

 

And don’t get us started on the William ‘Shat’ 30 seconds for Raisan Bran.

Winner for best nostalgic ad goes ‘Good Will Dunkin’, which stars de-aged Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Jason Alexander,  Ted Danson, Alfonso Ribeiro, and Jaleel White for a Dunkin’ AD. Bringing back all these actors from 90s TV and film roles gave us the warm and fuzzies.

In the Fanatics Sportsbook ad, Kendall Jenner explains tongue-in-cheek how she got rich not by modeling but by betting on the “Kardashian Kurse,” a reference to how every NBA player she dates has tanked in their league.
