Muggles and would-be wizards fans lined up today at the brand-new Harry Potter in New York, a three-story 20,000 square foot extravaganza packed with not just merchandise but also some virtual-reality experiences and a ‘Buttterbeer’ bar. You can also buy snacks such as Honeydukes’ Chocolate Frogs, and Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans, familiar to anyone who has read the books or seen the movies.
Originally, scheduled to open last year, it was delayed by the pandemic.
The magical store will be open Mondays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m, but be prepared to stand in line!
