Despite Putin saying his troops would not enter the besieged Ukraianin steel plant where civilians, as well as troops, are taking cover, a Ukrainian commander said today ‘bloody battles’ are taking place after Russian forces breached the perimeter.
The United Nations is trying to evacuate more civilians from the steel plants with a joint convoy from the UN and the International Red Cross.
