When Disney World reopens (the phased plan is scheduled to roll out May 20th) you’ll need to sign a waiver before you can enjoy the Park.

“By visiting Walt Disney World Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure,’ it reads in part.

Though this could put a damper on your visit, Disney won’t be the only one asking you to sign away your right to sue.

We expect to see a wave of waivers in the near future as the country gradually opens up.
The new normal?
