Like a spoiled child that has a tantrum when he doesn’t get what he wants, President Trump whined on Twitter Sunday night that he ‘would be willing to shut down the government if the Democrats did not give us the votes for Broder Security which includes the Wall!’
Estimates say it would take $25 billion to build Trump’s wall and even his own party wants to wait until after the mid-terms. In turn, Democrats won’t commit to spending that kind of money until there is a law in place to protect Dreamers, the illegal immigrants who came to the country as children.
Funding for the government runs out at the end of September.
