As speculation mounts that special counsel Robert Mueller has completed the investigation into Trump, Attorney General Bill Barr warned that the confidential report would be to sensitive to share though Congress is expected to see a copy. But Barr, a Trump appointee, could claim that some of the more damaging conclusions are of a top secret nature and havily redact the document.

IF Mueller concludes that Trump and members of his inner team (many of course who are already in jail) conspired with a Russian election meddling effort, will Congress get to read the damming concluesions?
