World champion Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton lost to Red Bull’s young Max Verstappen at the Monaco Grand Prix.
In a surprise upset, Verstappen took the pole, while Lewis languished in the 7th spot on the grid.
While at more tracks, Hamilton has shown he can easily overpass the competition and come from the back to still win, passing at the tight Monaco street race is so challenging that he never raised his position.
Carlos Sainz races home in second with Lando Norris third.
