In case you’ve been living under a rock, you know that the first Democratic debate with 20 hopefuls is tonight and will be moderated by NBC’s Lester Holt, Savannah Guthrie, and Jose Diaz-Balart.
On deck: ten candidates, five moderators, 120 minutes of air time and just 60 seconds to answer a question. How much we’ll learn about a candidate in a minute is up for debate.
The second night (Thursday) features a more lively bunch — Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg and Kamala Harris among them.
