Calling him a hero, Hillary Clinton spoke movingly at the funeral for the Elijah Cummings, comparing him to the prophet Elijah from the Old Testament.

In this story, however, Elijah fought against a corrupt President instead of King Ahab, the evil leader of Israel.

Without ever mentioning Trump’s name, Hillary referenced him repeatedly.

“Our Elijah was a fierce champion for truth, justice and kindness in every part of his life,” Clinton said.

‘Our Elijah could call down fire from heaven. But he also prayed and worked for healing. Like that Old Testament prophet, he stood again corrupt leadership of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel. He weathered storms and earthquakes, but he never lost his faith. And he looked out for the vulnerable among us. And he kept reminding us, life is no dress rehearsal,’ she said.

‘The American people want to live their lives without fear of their leaders, and as leaders, we have a responsibility to keep the promises made when running for office to make the lives of Americans better,’ she added.
