As a fan of Cardon’s men’s grooming products (you may remember my previous write-up here) I was pleased to see an Instagram advertisement for the brand’s new Vital Body Wash (thank you Instagram analytics!) I was even more pleased to see customer reviews comparing Cardon’s Vital Body Wash ( $15) to Le Labo’s Santal fragrance. As a Le Labo Santal enthusiast (I wear their cologne daily), I knew I needed to try.
The verdict: You need this body wash! I’m obsessed and have been using it daily. First and foremost, yes the body wash smells very similar to Le Labo’s Santal fragrance. But even better, Cardon’s Vital Body Wash leaves your skin feeling nourished and hydrated, in addition to smelling great!
Additional perks of the body wash – it is made from a non-toxic formula and contains natural green tea extract, sea buckthorn, and cica to combat breakouts and prevent body odor. Curious I got on Google – cica (short for Centella Asiatica) is an herb native to Asia and Africa that has been used as a cure-all in folk medicine for three thousand years. Sign me up! With the Vital Body Wash, the Cardon team knows what they are doing, incorporating multi-millennium’s hottest ingredients.

A brief catch-up on the Cardon brand. What I thought was best of this experience (in addition to LOVING) Cardon’s Vital Body Wash, is an introduction to the brand’s clever “routine sets” which include a range of fairly priced items geared towards brain-free grooming and targeting specific needs including Anti Aging Skincare, Hair + Body Shower Set, Essentials Skincare Set, Jet set travel set and more! For products featuring natural, non-toxic ingredients Cardon products and the routine sets are VERY fairly priced, ranging from $15 for the Vital Body Wash, $51 for the Hair + Body Shower Set (includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner), $65 for the Jet Set Travel Kit (includes moisturizer, eye rescue, clay cleanser, hydro boost gel and matte lip balm) and my all-time favorite the purifying clay cleanser for $20.
With these fairly priced, QUALITY products, Cardon has got you covered. Your skin will thank you!
