Weisselberg has been ordered to appear in court this Thursday.

District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., who has been leading the charge against Trump has been ratcheting up the pressure on Trump’s top lieutenant to flip on his former boss. Under threat of jail time, Weisselberg may finally come clean.

According to Trump’s former lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, Weisselberg had helped orchestrate a cover-up to reimburse him for a $130,000 payment to the adult film actress Stormy Daniels, and that he’s one the one who inflated or deflated the company’s real estate values depending on whether it was for taxes or business loans.

Also, the suit brought today maintains that Weisselberg never paid taxes on the bonuses and luxury perks that he received — including a Trump apartment in Manhattan.
