UPDATED:

The Manhattan district attorney’s office just announced accusations against Donald Trump’s real estate business, claiming the company ran a 15-year-long tax fraud scheme.

In related charges, it charged Allen Weisselberg, Mr. Trump’s long-serving CFO, of avoiding taxes on $1.7 million in income.

Trump’s CFO, Allen Weisselberg, surrendered to authorities Thursday morning as it is expected he will face criminal charges over tax fraud.

His lawyers indicated that he intends to plead not guilty and signaled that he will not cooperate in revealing damming information about Trump himself.

However, he may choose to sing once he’s indicted, something many think is a foregone conclusion.
