On Monday, Pfizer announced a trial that showed its Covid-19 vaccine was safe and generated a “robust” antibody response in children ages 5 to 11.
Now it has to be reviewed by the FDA and hopefully granted emergency use authorization.

Approval could come in as soon as a couple of weeks, meaning children could be inoculated come Halloween.
This couldn’t come soon enough as Coronavirus infections have risen “exponentially” among children across the United States, and now account for nearly 29% of all cases reported nationwide.
