Move over rock bands, Oprah Winfrey is coming to the Las Vegas Sphere in 2027 for an event she hopes will be life-changing.
Scheduled for April 2-4, the four shows form a production titled “Oprah Winfrey’s AHA,” referencing the ‘breakthroughs and moments of insight’ Winfrey has long categorized as “AHA” moments.
After watching U2 at the Sphere, she had one of these ‘aha moments’:
“‘Wow, this could be used for something bigger than a concert. You can use this to transform the way people see themselves,'” Winfrey remembered thinking.
“This is the culmination of everything I’ve wanted to say my whole life to people,” the talk show host continued.
Organizers stated the two-hour presentation ‘will blend visual art, poetry, storytelling, and music, featuring appearances by Grammy-winning artist Jacob Collier, author and poet Ocean Vuong, musician Ajeet, and gospel singer Wintley Phipps.’
