What? Now we have to worry about our wood cutting boards (on top of everything else?)
Turns out the average wood board harbors common food viruses such as E Coli, Salmonella, Staph and Listeria — even after being washed. Ewwww!
Those viruses can kill you.
So we replaced our old, cracked wooden cutting board with a Fab Slabs which are not only handsome but naturally antibacterial.
