We didn’t have this on our bingo card.

As part of the brand’s “Special for a Reason” marketing campaign, which features “inspiring individuals,” the cereal brand showcased cookbook author Molly Baz on a limited-edition cereal box.

According to the brand, it’s the first cereal box featuring a pregnant woman.

Baz recently made waves when she was featured in an ad posing pregnant in a bikini with cookies over her breasts. The tagline read, ‘Got Milk?’ (It was an ad for Swehl which sells accessories for breastfeeding parents and offers a cookie recipe developed with the cookbook writer.)

It was quickly pulled from the digital billboard in NY’s Times Square.

“Extremely disappointed and yet not at all surprised that our cheeky little breastfeeding empowerment campaign was deemed “inappropriate” by @clearchanneloutdoor and our billboard removed after just 3 days,” Baz wrote in a May 10 Instagram post.
Still, putting a pregnant woman on a cereal box is a big step forward.
