World’s UGLIEST Dog Contest : We Have a Winner.

An English bulldog Zsa Zsa took home the title for World’s Ugliest Dog in the 30th annual contest, winning for a tongue that hangs down to her chest — and the slobber that comes with it.
“Nine years young with a swaggering tongue, Zsa Zsa delivered a shower of slobber as she claimed this year’s title,” said a news release announcing her victory.
Owner Megan Brainard of Anoka, Minnesota, explained in an email to CNN that Zsa Zsa — that her, huh, impressive tongue comes from having almost horizontal upper teeth and an underbite which makes it difficult to keep the floppy tongue in her mouth.
Congrats, Zsa Zsa!
