After supporting Trump, he was rewarded with a big post in the new administration, leading the sprawling Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

‘Our broken Healthcare System harms everyday Americans, and crushes our Country’s budget,’ said Trump. 

“Dr. Oz will work closely with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to take on the illness industrial complex, and all the horrible chronic diseases left in its wake,” added Trump. 

 

Oz has never held office; he failed in his 2022 bid to represent Pennsylvania in the U.S. Senate, losing out to Democrat Sen. John Fetterman.
