  • Legendary Boyle Heights Tamale maker Angeles Lopez and James Beard Award-Winning Chef Eduardo Ruiz
  • Venice Community Housing, housing solutions for low-income families on the west-side
  • Revolution Carts, the first sidewalk compliant Tamale vending cart in Los Angeles

All toys and gift cards will go to the children of the Venice Community Housing project. Chicas Tacos has also collaborated with the first sidewalk compliant Tamale vending cart – Revolution Carts to bring this project together.

With Chicas Tacos newest location at Whole Foods Venice (opened on May 5, 2021) the team at Chicas wanted to continue supporting hyper local charities. This year’s toy drive will benefit the children of the Venice Community Housing project.
