Can you remember where you were a year ago today?

March 11 is the official day when the World Health Organization realized we had a world-wide pandemic sweeping the globe. One week later, California became the first state to go into lockdown.

In the last year, millions of people have died from COVID (one in three Americans have lost a loved one to the virus), unemployment ravaged countries, and suicide rates were skyrocketing.

Science rode in on a white horse, developing three vaccines when usually vaccine production can take years.

Now the vaccination roll-out is in the full swing after initial hiccups and the race is on to get the entire world vaccinated. (The only way we achieve herd immunity.)
