Recently, at Northwood Restaurant in California, two rowdy skeletons propped up at the bar almost got fined by a health inspector in Sonoma County.

You see, a patron has mistaken them for real people — um, someone needs to get their eyesight checked — and thought they were breaking COVID restrictions.

So a code enforcement investigation showed up but left without ticketing the restaurant or the drunk skeletons.

Now the restaurant has taped ‘NOT an actual patron’ to the back of the skeletons’ chairs.

But to make up the inconvenience, the bar reports that the two bony characters will receive half off drinks.
