BREAKING NEWS: Two more suspicious packages were discovered this morning — one in Florida sent to New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker and another in New York City addressed to former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
Now the F.B.I. is appealing to the public for help.
‘The FBI has asked anyone with information to call 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit tips online at tips.fbi.gov .’
“The packages were mailed in manila envelopes with bubble wrap interior, and were affixed with computer-printed address labels and six Forever stamps,” the FBI said. “They had a return address of “DEBBIE WASSERMAN SHULTZ” [sic] in Florida.”
If you do find a package similar to the one in the photo above, whatever you do, do not touch it but call the FBI or local law enforcement agency immediately.
