Official portraits of former President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama were unveiled Monday at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington.

‘That’s pretty sharp,’ Obama said as he and artist Kehinde Wiley pulled the cloth off Obama’s portrait, which showed him seated, surrounded by a floral motif.

But most of his compliments were saved for his wife’s stunning portrait,  praising the artist for so “spectacularly capturing the grace, and beauty, and intelligence, and charm, and … hotness of the woman I love”.
