‘Time Passes Slowly.’

It seemed to take forever but apparently, the new Dylan biopic has finally started filming.

Actor Timothée Chalamet — hot off his hit films Dune: Part 2 and Willie Wonka — stars as the iconic folk singer.

Titled  “A Complete Unknown,” the movie covers the singer-songwriter’s career beginning when he was just 17 and hitchhikes to New York with only two dollars in his pocket.

James Mangold has been tapped as Director.

Amazingly, the movie has support from Dylan, who is notoriously shy and has never collaborated with any director before.

Director James Mangold gushed about meeting the legendary singer:

“I’ve spent several wonderfully charming days in his company, just one-on-one, talking to him. He loves movies.”

Included in the biopic are other famous names from that period, including Woody Guther, Pete Seeger and Joan Baez.
Chalamet will be doing his own singing in the movie and hired the same vocal and dialect coaches that worked with Austin Butler in “Elvis.”

It was a great time for music.
