Musician Abel Tesfaye, known better as The Weeknd, stars in this movie as a fictionalized version of himself, an insomniac musician teetering near a mental breakdown who goes on an existential journey with a mysterious young woman named Anima (Jenna Ortega.)
It’s all very dark and ominous but with a killer soundtrack.
