Powerful Typhoon Mawar slams Guam. See It.

Mawar was upgraded to a ‘super typhoon,’  meaning that its ‘maximum sustained winds were at least 150 miles per hour.’ Evacuation orders are in place and Government personnel are still assessing the damage.
