An Australian TV host,  Fiona MacDonald,  has died at age 67 after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2021

“Farewell my friends. My sister Kylie is posting this because I have left the building — Hopefully I’m looking down from a cloud,” she wrote alongside some family photos on Instagram.’

“Let’s not call it goodbye as I hope to see you again on the other side,” MacDonald added in the touching post.

While MacDonald valiantly fought the disease, we finally asked to be taken off life support and to enter palliative care.

‘When you love life as much as I do, it takes a great deal of courage to make choices that lead to farewell,” MacDonald wrote.

She was brave to the end. Godspeed.
