Tuesday, a New York judge found former President Donald Trump liable for fraud and canceled the Trump Organization’s business certification, detailing how Trump and his family made false financial claims for a decade.

Trump routinely grossly inflated the value of his hotels, golf courses, and homes which he later provided on business documents. Now Attorney General Letitia James has slapped Trump with a $250 million fine in damages; banned Trump from doing business in New York and prohibited the disgraced ex-President from ‘engaging in business transactions’ for five years.

Predictably, On Truth Social, Trump ranted against the “new, un-American depths” to which the “radical attack” against him had sunk.

Calling the judge “DERANGED” and the New York Attorney General “completely biased and corrupt,” Trump complained that the decision was “a terrible reminder that the Radical Left Democrats will stop at nothing in trying to prevent me, and the American people, from winning the 2024 Presidential Election.”

He even picked out Mar-a-Lago to say that while he had valued the property at $18M ‘it could be worth almost 100 times that amount.”

And once again he whined — falsely — that violent crime in New York is at “record levels,” adding:

“Can you imagine ruling against me for having done business perfectly, and yet letting people go on a rampage on the sidewalks of New York?”
