After a bombshell lawsuit accusing singer Lizzo of ‘creating a hostile work environment,’ the hit singer has been dropped from the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime show.
An NFL source said any chances of her headlining the show are “dead now that she is surrounded by scandal.”
Earlier this month, three of Lizzo’s former dancers hit the singer with claims that she sexually harassed and fat-shamed her employees, among other accusations. Now others have also come forward to bolster those claims.
The dancers who brought the initial lawsuit branded the 35-year-old pop star ‘fat-phobic’ and shared uglystories from their time touring with their former employer.
‘I know it’s alarming to hear that Lizzo, a plus-size woman who preaches body positivity, would be fat-phobic, essentially. But I want to challenge people to understand that hurt people hurt people,’ said one of the dancers.
