We tracked down the little seven-year-old girl who was shot while trick-or-treating in Chicago by a gang member who had been aiming at someone else.
Pint-size Giselle Zamago was dressed as Minnie Mouse and was trick-or-treating with her father in the ‘Little Village’ when she was hit twice by stray bullets in the neck and abdomen.
While the police already have the gang member in jail, Giselle’s family is struggling to pay the mounting hospital bills and has launched a GoFundMe page. The little girl still has to undergo at least two surgeries and faces a hospital stay of up to two weeks. Help if you can.
