Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail for the second time and sent back to jail after pleading ‘not guilty’ in federal court to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Combs’ lawyers described conditions at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as “horrific” and “not fit for pre-trial detention.”
But Judge Andrew L. Carter, Jr. said, “there is no condition or combination of conditions to ensure he will not obstruct justice or tamper with witnesses.”
