In a shocking development, singer Justin Timberlake was booked for drunk driving after a police officer said he blew through a red light.
Timberlake reportedly told the arresting officer that he’d only had one drink but refused a Breathalyzer test.
“I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” the singer told authorities.
The star was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two citations, one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane.
He was kept overnight and arranged in the morning but is due back in court for a hearing on July 26.
