Time is running out for JP Morgan employees who have opted not to get the life-saving vaccines.

Now Jamie Dimon, the CEO of America’s largest bank, says that he’ll fire about 450 unvaxxed employees who have been working from home during the pandemic, signaling that they will not have the option of WFH remotely indefinitely.

‘To go to the office you have to be vaxxed and if you aren’t going to get vaxxed you won’t be able to work in that office,’ Dimon, who has advocated for in-person work throughout the pandemic, said Monday.

‘And we’re not going to pay you not to work in the office,’ he added.

Dimon has always pushed for a return to office work, even during the height of the pandemic, arguing that remote work isn’t effective long-term, and believes employees benefit from the in-person environment.
