Gov. Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in order to seek help from the White House after a series of earthquakes and aftershocks left Southern California residents on edge.

After a second powerful  7.1 magnitude earthquake shook one day after a 6.4 magnitude struck, So. Cal is still cleaning up the debris though amazingly no one has been killed.
