So Netflix posted a meme of actress Ellen Pompeo from her hit show Grey’s Anatomy. But then Pompeo added her own comment about Netflix not paying residuals to actors, one of the main issues in the SAG-AFTRA strike. (The steamers don’t pay much — if any — residuals to actors for re-running their shows.)
‘Me when there’s a [bomb emoji] in the chest cavity,’ Netflix wrote, referencing the over-the-top storyline of the episode.
‘Also me when @netflix Doesn’t pay actors residuals,’ wrote Pompeo atop the image in her own post, which was shared to her Instagram Stories.
‘holla let’s talk,’ she added.
