One Canadian dad spent 30 hours getting a tattoo to match the large birthmark on his son’s chest.
Derek Prue Sr. of Alberta explained :
“I knew he was self-conscious, and that made me want just to show him he wasn’t the only one.”
You see, 8-year-old Derek Jr. was so self-conscious about his birthmark that he wouldn’t even take off his shirt to go swimming.
After getting the huge tattoo, Derek Sr. called his son to the pool and revealed that they had matching marks on their chest.
“I was happy, and I was a little confused because I didn’t know that he was going to do that,” the younger Derek said with a big smile.
